A Perfect Stranger A Perfect Stranger

Charismatic Nick Martelli is all smoldering good looks and animal magnetism. Unfortunately, he's not the man Sydney Gordon is nearly engaged to—the man who's waiting for her to come back from Europe and accept his marriage proposal.

And Nick's certainly not what you'd think of as ideal husband material. Sydney needs somebody steady to help her rein in her impulsive nature... Doesn't she?

BEHIND THE SCENES

A Perfect Stranger is Terry's first piece of fiction, written before she knew much about the craft or how to submit her work to an agent or editor. The story went through several versions and revisions, but the very first scene she ever attempted—her initial experiment with writing—survived intact and can be found in Chapter Ten.

Terry escorted a group of high school students to London and Paris one summer. That educational tour experience provided plenty of material for A Perfect Stranger.

Shortly after A Perfect Stranger was released, Terry received a note from Tina Catanzaro. Tina's husband, Tony, is the handsome man posing on the cover. Tony and Tina were featured on the CBS television show Inside Edition. Check out the segment—you'll see the book's cover, too.
